Whether for individuals considering a first-home purchase, or for those facing foreclosure, The SUMaritan Projec+ offers a broad range of curriculuum, geared towards informing consumers of their best options. Some supplemental learning tools we offer include Mortgage Seminars, Credit Counselors, and online-support which links consumers to articles, mortgage calculators, rate indices & HUD brochures.

As a third-party entity, The SUMaritan Projec+ does not work directly with lenders, but rather, offers consumers the tools needed to make informed decisions, as well as professional & unbiased guidance. This organization is not limited in its non profit endeavors

The SUMaritan Projec+ educates homeowners on their loan workout options when facing foreclosure. A common misconception among borrowers is that they will return home to find their belongings on the curb. As a result, many borrowers vacate their property prematurely and often leave a part of the family behind in the process to suffer alone. But there are many other options offered for distressed borrowers aside from foreclosure.

We are dedicated to professionally and sympathetically work with borrowers, lenders and servicers through loss mitigation and default management. As the mortgage industry and the nation embrace legislative improvements, we must keep in mind the foreclosure victims who cannot speak up for themselves.
